Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods, and you will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error
- Service unavailability: If the platform experienced significant downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your paid period
- Unauthorized charge: If a charge was made without your authorization — please contact us immediately
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after subscribing but have used the service
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- You have already used a significant portion of your storage allocation for the period
- Partial month refunds for mid-period cancellations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@p-53.com within 7 days of the charge with:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of the issue
5. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and is not subject to this refund policy. No payment is required to use the Free tier.
6. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
