Terms of Service

By accessing or using p-53 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

p-53 is a surgical pathology reference platform that provides access to diagnostic content, report templates, and a personal slide storage service ("My SlideBox"). Certain features require a paid subscription.

You must create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to share
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reproduce or redistribute platform content without permission
• Upload malicious files or software

All content on p-53, including text, images, diagnostic descriptions, and software, is the property of p-53 or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. User-uploaded slides remain the property of the uploading user.

Storage limits are determined by your subscription plan. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user error or circumstances beyond our control.

The content on p-53 is intended for educational and reference purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not replace professional clinical judgment. p-53 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, p-53 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
